This is a brief service restart for a subset of Helpstream workspaces.  Affected workspaces will be unavailable for approximately 30 seconds.

We will be performing maintenance on the Helpstream Portal on January 29, 2010 beginning at 11:59pm Pacific Time.  This will include a few minor bug fixes.

We will be performing maintenance on one of our PODs on January 26, 2010 beginning at 11:00pm Pacific Time.  This will include one minor bug fix, and a quick restart of the service.

The POD is back up and we are continuing to look into the situation.

One of the Helpstream PODs is experiencing issues and is currently offline.  The system is being restarted and we are looking into the issue.

The following is a list of issues and enhancements addressed by this patch:

• Public images are now displayed for disabled users
• Import of ForumPost objects via merge API
• Comments within content wrapper (index.html) are now preserved to support conditional CSS.
• Artifacts are now sent with a content-disposition of ‘inline’ instead of ‘attachment’.
• Fix for representation of floating point numbers in data model XSD
• Fix for problem in business rule function validation
• Soft deleted RSS feeds are no longer displayed in feed
