The Helpstream service will be temporarily unavailable while we perform some planned chores. The service will be unavailable for approximately 10 minutes.
The scheduled maintenance for this evening has completed.
We will update the Helpstream service this evening. Helpstream will be in maintenance for a few minutes while we apply the latest updates to improve functionality and performance.
Earlier this morning one of our production pods (6) was experiencing sluggish performance as result of heavy load activity from one of our customers. The process completed and performance has returned to ‘normal’ levels.
As a result, we will be applying a patch to our systems tonight to better handle this type of activity.

Some customers may have experienced a temporary interruption of service this morning while we reset one of our application servers to address performance issues.
The planned service restart at 10:15pm Pacific Time has successfully completed.
Some customers will see a brief period, approximately 30 seconds, of service interruption while we restart the service.
The restart allows us to put into place a change that we believe will resolve database deadlock issues that have been an issue throughout the day.
Service reset has completed.
Some customers are experiencing which are related to an infrastructure problem which we believe will be resolved with a service reset. The Helpstream service will be in a maintenance state for some customers for approximately 30 seconds.
